Project Overview

The Trailblazzers Initiative is a student-led project focused on shattering the stigma surrounding mental health. The team works to increase awareness, generate empathy, and foster understanding in the community. Through education, advocacy, and open dialogue, they address misinformation, promote evidence-based practices, and create spaces where mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health.

The initiative emphasizes making support accessible—ensuring that when someone asks for help, they receive care instead of stigma. As part of this project, the students produced an interview with an established member in the mental health field, highlighting the importance of professional insight and community engagement.
